Opel Mokka-e SRi becomes cheapest top-spec EV in NZ

The Opel Mokka-e SRi is now the cheapest top-specification electric car in New Zealand after the brand doubled the Clean Car Discount for all buyers of the model.

Kiwis can now get their hands on the SUV for $52,740 plus on road costs thanks to a price cut of $17,250 off the original $69,990 price tag.

This is thanks to Opel New Zealand applying its own additional rebate of $8625 upon purchase to match the Government’s discount of the same amount.

The new price not only makes the Mokka-e SRi the cheapest top-spec EV in the country but also the one with the highest range at 363km when compared to other similarly priced vehicles.

However, Opel New Zealand is only offering the double rebate for a limited time and is urging interested buyers to reserve the model online or at their nearest dealership.
