Volvo Cars Auckland takes home top retailer award

Volvo Cars New Zealand recently celebrated the successes of its top-performing retailers at an award ceremony in Auckland, with the most prestigious accolade going to Volvo Cars Auckland.

Not only did the Auckland dealer take home the Supreme Retailer of the Year award, but in another stroke of success, it also received the 2023 Sales Retailer of the Year award.

Volvo Cars Christchurch was recognised for its superior service by winning the 2023 Service Retailer of the Year award, while Volvo Cars North Shore scored the 2023 Parts Retailer of the Year award.

“I’d like to personally thank the retail network for their continued commitment to Volvo and the direction the brand is heading,” says Ben Montgomery, General Manager of Volvo Cars New Zealand, via AutoTalk.

“In 2023, we took all our prominent investors to Gothenburg to experience a taste of what the future holds. Retail excellence is our goal, and I know they all strive towards it – For 2023, improving overall satisfaction as scored by our customers was one of the highlights.”
