It’s been a while coming but orders are officially open for the new Cadillac Lyriq in New Zealand. Cadillac is operating a direct-to-consumer sales model and, as such, orders can only be placed online at cadillacanz.com.

To enhance the ownership experience further, Cadillac has partnered with ChargeNet to offer customers a $400 charging credit with every Lyriq sold.

Cadillac has also partnered with Evnex to supply these New Zealand-made home chargers to customers.

Classy look.

For customers who purchase a new Cadillac Lyriq before March 31, 2025,  they can have the New Zealand-made Evnex E2 — a 7.4kW single-phase home charger — installed at their home free of charge. Customers who already have a home charger can instead increase their charging credit from $400 to $1200.

Cadillac has partnered with MTF as its exclusive vehicle finance provider in New Zealand.

MTF offers a completely digital finance journey, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience, supported by its New Zealand-based team.

The Lyriq comes with a five-year unlimited-kilometre factory vehicle warranty, a five-year roadside assistance package and a five-year complimentary scheduled servicing program.

The battery is covered by an eight-year/160,000km warranty.

“The Cadillac Lyriq isn’t just a game-changing vehicle to drive, it’s a game-changing vehicle to own, too“ said Jess Bala, Managing Director GM Australia and New Zealand.

“With GM’s innovative battery technology and impressive driving range, it’s a vehicle ready to explore New Zealand. And we wanted to design an ownership package that would help you do exactly that, whether you’re charging at home, or taking advantage of the country’s expanding charging infrastructure.

“The Lyriq is the dawn of a new era for Cadillac. Its refined luxury, spirited performance and elegant design lead the way for the brand’s exciting future in New Zealand.“
