It’s finally here. We have our first race weekend of Kiwis racing overseas for 2024.

The year shakes up to be a massive one for New Zealanders overseas, with the calendar showing there are international events featuring at least one Kiwi right up until the last week of November. That’s before all driver announcements have even been made!

We begin to work into the year with Nick Cassidy and Mitch Evans’s highly-anticipated Formula E season opener in Mexico, the two now running as teammates for Jaguar TCS Racing.

We’re treated to some favourable viewing times for this one, with Sky’s coverage of the E-Prix beginning at 8.00 am on Sunday.

For all the information you need, including how to watch and when, see below!

The two enter the season amongst the favourites, with a combined career record of 15 wins, 37 podiums, 11 pole positions and 1076 championship points to their credit.

Forty thousand spectators are expected to pack the venue as the series visits Mexico for the eighth time. The 19-turn, 2.630km circuit features long, fast straights and a technical infield section that is sure to start the 2024 season off in style.
