KGM New Zealand is partnering with Auckland food influencer Albert Cho – better known as Eat Lit Food – where he will showcase the all-new KGM Torres.

Known for his cutting-edge restaurant reviews and sharp wit, Cho is one of New Zealand’s most influential culinary voices.

A former model, in 2018 he launched the Instagram account @eatlitfood. It quickly expanded from a friends-only audience to international prominence with over 92,000 followers.

Cho is also the Operations Manager of Namu Group, overseeing some of Auckland’s most notable culinary hotspots. These include Aigo, Candy Shop and his personal project Tobi.

KGM New Zealand Head of Brand Marketing, Daile Stephens, says the stylish KGM Torres will be the ideal companion for Cho, as he navigates New Zealand’s culinary landscape.

KGM Torres at rest.

“The KGM Torres combines comfort, style, and practicality and it complements Albert’s busy and dynamic lifestyle” she said.

“With its sleek design, standard five-year warranty and versatile capabilities, the TORRES is the perfect match for his on-the-go lifestyle.

“Albert’s influence, in both the food and creative industries, positions him as a natural ambassador for KGM.

“This partnership reflects KGM’s commitment to aligning with influential and authentic New Zealand personalities.

“With over six years’ experience of creating engaging content, Albert continues to build trust and entertain his audience with realism, positivity, and humour.”

“His multifaceted lifestyle and strong online presence align perfectly with KGM’s mission to bring sophistication, versatility, and innovation to modern New Zealand drivers.

“The KGM team love Albert’s optimistic outlook, work ethic, and creative flair, which all mirror our brand values of quality, authenticity, and modernity,” Stephens says.

Cho is excited to get behind the wheel of the KGM Torres.

“As someone who is very familiar with KGM’s predecessor brand, SsangYong, I’m so excited to be a part of the evolution of its rebrand to KGM and showcase all the amazing and modern features their vehicles have to offer. I truly believe this is just the beginning for KGM and I’m honoured to be a part of it,” he says.
