Avanti Finance acquires assets from Limelight Financial Services

Avanti Finance has acquired the digital assets from Limelight Financial Services in which it will use to bolster its online offering.

Some of the digital assets gained in the acquisition include online car loan platform Finance Central, Need A Car, BuyerScore and Motorcentral.

The new software will allow the finance company to improve its network of dealers which will receive better automation and access to listing websites.

By far the most significant asset obtained from the acquisition is the Motorcentral suite of tools which allows dealers to manage vehicle stock, receive customer feedback through BuyerScore, check vehicles, automate advertising and more.

Mark Mountcastle, CEO of Avanti Finance says the acquisition will allow the company to “significantly expand” its digital offering and “add value” to its dealer network, reports Autofile.

Employees from Limelight will also move to Avanti Finance, including Shane Breckon, Tracy Pennell, Mena Eskander and Mark Greenfield.
