AA Insurance opens new West Auckland repair centre

In partnership with Drive Group, AA Insurance has opened a new collision repair centre in West Auckland.

Known as Drive Group Avondale, the facility is the second of its kind here. AA Insurance says it represents another milestone in the company’s commitment to providing exceptional motor claims services to its customers.

The West Auckland location will be the insurer’s first co-location site with Drive Group. It means the West Auckland Customer Service Centre (CSC) and Drive Group repair facility are now under one roof.

Through the collaboration, AA Insurance expects to streamline repair processes further. It will improve turnaround times and enhance the overall customer experience.

“Our partnership with Drive Group allows us to target repair times and bolster throughput across our full repairer network.

“This means workshops remain fully utilised and that allows customers to return to the road sooner.

Drive Group Avondale will start operating from the new facility in April. AA Insurance’s West Auckland CSC staff will relocate to the site in July. 

The west Auckland facility will be split into two areas. One will be AA Insurance’s Customer Service Centre and the other the Drive Group repair facility.
