Turners opens Moorhouse Ave branch in Christchurch

Turners Auto Retail recently opened another new Christchurch branch at 157 Moorhouse Ave.

The new Turners Cars site in Moorhouse Ave, Christchurch.

It builds on the existing presence in the region and will offer a full-service Turners Cars site. That includes vehicle buying and selling, as well as on-site finance and insurance services.

It is a significant site with up to 150 cars available for sale at any given time, and an additional 50 vehicles being prepared for sale. Customers also have access to Turners’ extensive nationwide network of nearly 3000 vehicles.

Moorhouse Ave is the second of three new branches opening in Christchurch this year. It follows the April launch of Turners Cars Hornby. The third, Wairakei Road, will open in July. A former site in Detroit Place closed as the nearby Moorhouse Ave branch opened.

The Hornby branch has already received plenty of positive feedback from customers, reinforcing Turners’ confidence in Christchurch as a key growth market.

Greg Hedgepeth, CEO of Turners Auto Retail.

Turners has been recognised as New Zealand’s Most Trusted Used Vehicle Dealership for six consecutive years. CEO Greg Hedgepeth attributes this continued success to the company’s focus on delivering value, efficiency, and a great customer experience.

He said: “We keep things simple — a great range of cars, sharp prices, and service that delivers.

“Our Hornby branch is already seeing strong momentum, and I’m confident our Christchurch team will bring that same level of performance and value to customers at Moorhouse Ave.”

Turners would like to extend its gratitude to HRS Construction, Schick Civil Construction, and the many local subcontractors contributing to the development of the new site.
