Suzuki tops Canstar Blue customer satisfaction awards again

Suzuki has once again proven itself a Kiwi favourite, clinching the 2025 Canstar Blue Customer Satisfaction New Car Award—its third consecutive win and sixth overall. The brand also secured the inaugural Canstar Blue Dealership Servicing Award, reinforcing its reputation for delivering top-tier customer experience.

Canstar Blue’s rankings are based on customer feedback across six key categories, including overall satisfaction, reliability, value for money, and after-sales service. Suzuki remains the only car brand to achieve a five-star rating for Overall Satisfaction, along with top scores in After-Sale Service, Point of Sale Service, and Reliability.

Suzuki New Zealand’s National Automobile Sales Manager, Aaron Wales, sees this as a testament to the brand’s commitment to its customers. “Winning this award for the sixth time is a huge achievement. It highlights the trust and loyalty of Suzuki owners, as well as the dedication of our dealer network,” he said.

The newly introduced Dealership Servicing Award further cements Suzuki’s reputation, with top marks across all but one category.
