Most people have no idea what the driving greats are like. You just watch them compete on different circuits every other weekend as the F1 circus crosses the globe.

So motoring authority Chris Harris jumped at the chance of meeting Max Verstappen and chatting with him recently about all things cars and driving.

People are used to seeing a certain side of Max Verstappen on TV clips, the Mad Max persona. So it’s refreshing to see a completely different other side to the F1 master.

Harris wasn’t about to squander the opportunity of eliciting cornering mastery tips from the four-time F1 champ either. Would he discover the secret sauce to the art of high-speed driving?
