Ford releases pricing for all-new Transit Courier and Tourneo Courier pairing

by Andrew Sluys
November 4, 2025

Ford New Zealand has local pricing and specification for the all-new Transit Courier and Tourneo Courier compact vans.

Starting at $49,990 for the Transit Courier, this little van is described by Ford as a “compact powerhouse for urban deliveries and small trade businesses.”

Set to arrive exclusively in the Double-Cab-in-Van (DCiV) bodystyle, which offers a dynamic space behind the front seats that can either be used for seating three occupants, or storing a euro pallet.

As for specifics, this load area in the rear of the Transit Courier offers 2.4 cubic metres of cargo space, and comes with a payload capacity of 750kg.

Coming in at $55,990 before on-road costs is the Tourneo Courier, which is a “multi-activity vehicle (MAV)” that swaps out workspace for family practicality.

It will be sold in a similar five-seat configuration, with access to 2.4 cubic metres of luggage space with the rear seats folded forward.

Both Courier models are powered by the same 1.0-litre EcoBoost turbocharged petrol engine delivering 92kW of power and 200Nm of torque. This is paired with a seven-speed automatic transmission.

On the inside, both models make use of an 8.0-inch infotainment display with Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity.

A full suite of active safety systems are also standard, including Pre-Collision Assist, Intelligent Speed Assist, Traffic Sign Recognition, Driver Alert, Wrong Way Alert, and Rear Parking Aid. The Tourneo Courier further enhances safety with Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, Blind Spot Information System, Cross Traffic Alert, and Evasive Steering Assist.

Both the Transit Courier and Tourneo Courier are available in to test drive in Ford dealerships now.
