Bridgestone’s retail network across Australia and New Zealand has reaffirmed its reputation for customer satisfaction, taking top honours in Reader’s Digest’s 2025 Quality Service Awards.

In New Zealand, Bridgestone Select and Bridgestone Tyre Centres claimed Gold in the Tyre Servicing Centres category for an unprecedented seventh consecutive year, cementing the brand’s dominance in customer service.

Across the Tasman, Bridgestone Select Tyre & Auto defended its Gold title in the Independent Car Servicing category for a second year running, while also securing Silver in Tyre Servicing Centres.

Bridgestone Australia & New Zealand Managing Director Heath Barclay said the recognition reflected the company’s ongoing commitment to excellence across its network.

“This is a huge achievement for our entire team across Australia and New Zealand and showcases their ethos around customer service — ensuring motorists receive friendly, expert, and trusted advice,” Mr Barclay said.

The latest accolades add to Bridgestone’s continued reign as Reader’s Digest Most Trusted Tyre Brand in both markets, reinforcing its leadership in quality and reliability.

“The verdict from motorists on both sides of the Tasman is clear — Bridgestone has the most trusted tyres and the best customer service network. We’re proud of that trust and remain focused on exceeding expectations,” Mr Barclay added.

The Reader’s Digest Quality Service Awards, conducted by independent research firm Catalyst, celebrate businesses that consistently deliver exceptional service and customer care across Australia and New Zealand.
