Audi is celebrating the tenth anniversary of its sporty SUV by unveiling the limited-edition RS Q3 edition 10 years.

Just 13 of 555 examples will be making their way to the shores of New Zealand which have already gone on sale priced at $133,990 plus ORC.

A choice of two colours will be available on the model including matte Dew Silver and metallic Chronos Grey while it also receives exclusive black, 21-inch alloy wheels. These adjoin the RS Q3’s 18-inch braking system, featuring black calipers.

More black additions include darkened matrix LED headlights, gloss black roof frame, window slot trims, and door trims, as well as the blades on the front spoiler and diffuser. But wait, there’s more as the Audi rings and rear badging are also finished in gloss black.

Inside, there’s a set of exclusive bucket seats upholstered in leather and Dinamica microfibre with matte carbon seatbacks.

Copper-coloured stitching is carried through the entire interior including the honeycomb stitching in the centre seat insert, centre armrest, door armrest, and the flat bottom steering wheel.

The infotainment display has also been given a “carbon look” and displays “1 of 555”.

Under the bonnet sits a 294kW and 380Nm of torque-producing turbocharged 2.5-litre five-cylinder engine which is now 17 per cent more powerful than the previous generation RS Q3. The SUV can reach 100km/h from a standstill in 4.5 seconds while the top speed is limited to 250km/h.

“This high-performance compact SUV has become well established in the years since its worldwide launch in 2013”, said Dean Sheed, General Manager of Audi New Zealand.

“We are excited to offer 13 of the exclusive production to our New Zealand customers. Plus, to celebrate the anniversary model and sweeten what already is an incredible package, we will be giving each customer an all-inclusive double pass to attend the Audi track experience in November this year which will be held at Hampton Downs.”

You read that right, the 13 lucky customers to get their hands on an Audi RS Q3 edition 10 years will receive an all-inclusive double pass to Audi track experience 2023 at Hampton Downs in November.
