Armstrong’s Will Soon Open a New Lexus Outlet in Botany

Lexus will have a new outlet opening in East Auckland early next year. It is a standalone dealership in Armstrong’s large auto precinct on Ti Rakau Drive, Botany.

Lexus LBX will be available from the new Botany outlet and you can drive it here.

Lexus of East Auckland will be the first Lexus dealership to join the Armstrong’s Group. And it is a totally new build. It will open in early March, 2025.

The 600m2 showroom sits on a 7000m2 site. It will host a customer lounge, café, dining facility, and business areas for customers. The focus on guest hospitality is a core Lexus attribute. This new site will also have a dedicated parts and service centre and a full-service tyre facility.

Armstrong’s CEO, Troy Kennedy, says the development marks a significant milestone for the group as it continues to expand its footprint in the Auckland region.

“We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of the all-new Lexus of East Auckland dealership. Our investment in a new Lexus dealership in East Auckland reflects both our confidence in the region’s growth and Lexus’s ongoing dedication to innovation and sustainability.

Or you might want to check one of these out instead.

“As more drivers shift toward hybrid and electric vehicles, we aim to provide a premium, forward-thinking experience that aligns with their values. This new dealership will not only further strengthen our presence in Auckland but also demonstrate our belief in Lexus as a leader in sustainable luxury.

The building is a Chow:Hill architects design, a firm well known to Armstrong’s.

Lexus New Zealand Vice President Andrew Davis says the new dealership strongly reflects where Lexus is heading in New Zealand.

“Lexus New Zealand is delighted by the commitment to the marque in Auckland by Armstrong’s. The new East Auckland dealership brings the Lexus experience and premium vehicles closer to a significant audience and market,” says Davis.

In May, a new Lexus of Christchurch site opened on Tuam Street in Newmarket. Lexus of Wellington is planning to move early in 2025 to a new location in Taranaki Street.
