MTF Finance has announced it will partner with AMI Insurance and Tower Insurance which says builds on the finance company’s commitment to make lending about people again.

The partnership will play a significant part of AMI’s growth strategy while Tower says it will make the purchase and insurance process easier and simpler for MTF Finance companies around New Zealand.

Paula ter Brake, Executive General Manager of Distribution at AMI, says, “AMI’s partnership with MTF Finance connects the depth of insurance expertise within AMI directly into the community via MTF Finance’s nationwide retail presence.”

“A big part of our strategy is partnering with organisations across Aotearoa that share our customer-centric values and our strong history of looking after New Zealanders.”

The deal means customers who require insurance will be referred to a team member at AMI.

For Tower, when customers take a loan with MTF Finance, they will be able to insure their new asset all in one seamless, hassle-free experience.

Tower Managing Director Partnerships Jonathan Beale says, “We are excited to join forces with MTF Finance, as a business that also understands modern customer expectations, to offer both a gold-standard purchase journey and a beautifully simple and rewarding insurance experience to our customers.”

MTF Finance customers can now access Tower products in three ways including an insurance referral by MTF Finance where a Tower team member will call the customer that same day, a direct call via the franchise where a customer can speak to Tower there and then on the phone, or via a special online portal only available to MTF Finance customers.
